Hey there! I'm Azlinda Azman, but everyone just calls me Linda. I was born in the vibrant city of Kuala Lumpur and raised in the serene town of Rawang, Selangor. I graduated from UTeM with a degree in Networking, and my time in Malacca was amazing. Studying in this historic city let me dive into our rich past. Life in Malaysia is a beautiful mosaic of cultures, traditions, and flavors. One of my absolute favorite things about Malaysia is the food, especially Nasi Lemak. This iconic dish, with its fragrant coconut rice, spicy sambal, and crispy anchovies, is a culinary delight that you can find anywhere you go. Malaysia is often celebrated for its bustling city of Kuala Lumpur, but let's not overlook the incredible natural beauty it offers. While there are some areas that remain off-limits, the parts we can access are nothing short of breathtaking. I'm thrilled to be among those who get to experience Malaysia from this unique perspective.
Can you share your journey to joining Blue Wireless? What drew you here - both in terms of your career path and personal interests? And what do you find most exciting about working with the team in Malaysia?
My journey with Blue Wireless Malaysia began as a fresh graduate, eager to dive into the world of wireless technology. Finding the perfect job was a challenge, especially being new to the industry. Starting at Blue Wireless was a bit daunting, but I embraced the challenge. I believe that the greater the challenge, the more it allows me to grow and excel. Working with a creative and innovative team has truly brought out the best in me. Every day is an adventure, filled with learning and teamwork. The most exciting part about being at Blue Wireless is the environment. The constant evolution of ideas keeps me on my toes, and the supportive team makes it enjoyable. It's a place where ideas flourish, and every challenge is a steppingstone to success.
Blue Wireless enjoys your presence as well! What do you do in your role, and how has the team grown since you came on board?
My role in Global Network Support is like being a guardian, ensuring seamless wireless connectivity for customers worldwide, even during holidays. This journey has taught me to multitask and manage stress, inspired by my team's diverse knowledge and strengths. I strive to be someone they can always rely on. One memorable moment was during a major holiday when a critical issue arose. Despite the festive season, our team rallied together, each member contributing their expertise to resolve the problem swiftly. This team, where my journey began, holds a special place in my heart. Despite often going unnoticed, our contributions are vital, and I've found joy in our camaraderie and shared mission.
What are some of your interests beyond work - such as books, music, shows, or recreational activities?
On my days off, I love to switch things up with a variety of hobbies. Climbing hills and enjoying the stunning nature in Malaysia is always an adventure and a perfect way to clear my mind. I also enjoy a walk along the beach, feeling the warm sunlight and the cool sea water hitting my feet. I've recently gotten into crocheting, and it's been such a relaxing hobby. Making cute keychains for my friends and seeing their happy reactions is the best! Plus, I usually crochet while watching my all-time favorite series, FRIENDS. I'm a Rachel girl. Life outside work can be a bit dull sometimes, but there are moments when it's really well spent and memorable. If I could add another hobby, I'd love to try pottery. It seems like such a cool way to create something beautiful and unique.
