SIM Portal User Guide

APAC Roam SIM Portal

 

1. Login Page

You may access the login page to the APAC roaming SIM Portal ​from here.

 

2. User Account Creation

Please email us at support@bluewireless.com for us to create a new user account.

You will need to provide the following information for us to create the login access.

  • Username

  • Email Address

We will email you with the login credentials after the account is created.

 

3. User Account Recovery

Please email us at support@bluewireless.com if you forgot your password or username.

We will remotely trigger a password reset and email you.

 

4. View SIM Card Inventory

Customers can view their existing inventory of SIM cards and details like IMSI Number and status.

  1. Accept Business > Query The User summary

  2. Click "Query" button to generate the list of your purchased SIM cards and their current status

  3. Take note of the SIM cards IMSI number as it is required to Suspend and Reactive the SIM data service

 

5. View Data Usage (By Country)

Customer can view their total data usage in each country and export the file in excel.

  1. Account Mgmt. > Data Usage Report (CCR)

  2. Input search condition: starting and ending dates, select attribution channel

  3. Query results include date, service area, operator, data usage quantity

  4. Click "Export" to download an excel version of the report for further data analysis

 

6. View Data Usage (By SIM Card)

Customer can view their individual SIM card daily data usage in each country and export the file in excel.

  1. Account Mgmt. > M-Data usage query

  2. Input search conditions: billing cycle, date/s of which you will like to view the SIM Card Data Usage

  3. Query results include SIM Card identifications, date, service area, operator, data usage quantity

  4. Click "Export" to download an excel version of the report for further data analysis

 

7. Suspend SIM Data Usage

Customers will be able to temporarily suspend the SIM cards data usage via the IMSI Number. Suspension will take effect immediately once the function is executed. SIM Card subscription fees will still apply.

  1. Resource Management > Suspend Service (Batch)

  2. Select “Manual input” as the operation type. Input the starting IMSI number and ending IMSI number and select the execution mode “Run as you submit” for immediate suspension or "Make a schedule" to schedule a suspension. Scheduled date and time according to your computer local time.

  3. After successfully submitting the order, there is a prompt message indicating that the suspension is successful.

 

8. Reactive SIM Data Usage

Customers will only be able to reactive a suspended SIM. Re-activation will take effect immediately once the function is executed. There are no additional fees for reactivating SIM cards on the web management portal.

  1. Resource Management > Recover Service (Batch)

  2. Select “Manual input” as the operation type. Type in “Starting IMSI” and “Ending IMSI”. Select “Run as you submit” mode for immediate reactivation or "Make a schedule" to schedule a reactivation. Scheduled date and time according to your computer local time.

  3. After successfully submitting the order, there is a prompt message indicating that the reactivation is successful.

 

Europe Roam & Singapore

SIM Portal

 

1. Login Page

You may access the login page to the Europe roaming SIM Portal ​from here.

 

2. User Account Creation

Please email us at support@bluewireless.com for us to create a new user account.

You will need to provide the following information for us to create the login access.​

  • Email Address

Customers will receive a welcome email to login to their newly created account.

 

3. User Account Recovery

If customer forgot their account username or password, they should use the Forgot Password feature on the web portal login page.

 

Customers will receive an email to their account email with a new password to login and will be required to login to update their password.

 

4. View SIM and Data Pool Usage

Customer can view their SIM data usage based on the SIM Card ID and export the usage file to tabulate the total pool data usage.

​Select Devices > Device List > Cycle to Date Usage fields

Select Devices > Device List > Device link (ICCID)

 

5. Suspend SIM Data Usage

Customers will be able to temporarily suspend the SIM cards data usage via the SIM Card Number. Suspension will take effect immediately once the function is executed. SIM Card subscription fees will still apply.

Select Devices > Device List > Actions drop down > Change SIM Status

 

6. Reactive SIM Data Usage

Customers can reactive a suspended SIM. Re-activation will take effect immediately once the function is executed. There are no additional fees for reactivating SIM cards on the web management portal.

Select Devices > Device List > Actions drop down > Change SIM Status
